ANTIOXIDANT FRUIT BOWL

- 1/2 cup raspberry, extra for garnish
- 1/2 cup of strawberry, more to decorate cut into sheets
- 1 piece of banana
- 1/2 cup of watermelon
- 1/4 of Cup of blueberry, extra to decorate
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1/4 of Cup of blackberry to decorate
- 1/4 of Cup of granola to decorate
- 1/4 of Cup of sesame seed to decorate
- 1/4 of Cup of dried cranberry to decorate
For the antioxidant bowl, freeze the raspberries, strawberries, banana, watermelon, and blackberries. Once frozen, blend the fruits together with the oats until you get a smooth mixture. Serve in a bowl and garnish with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackberries, granola, sesame and blueberries.
