BACON AND EGGS MUFFINS

Recipe developed by Manachef CI. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg per person
  • 1 bacon per person
  • 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese per person
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive, avocado or grape oil.
  • Muffin or cupcake tin.

Preparation:

Put a little oil in the entire muffin tin, then place the bacon around each of the spaces where the muffins go, break an egg in each mold, season it with salt and pepper, add the cheese and voila! Bake at 375 F for 10min.
