MACARONI SOUP WITH CHICKEN AND CHIPOTLE

Recipe developed by Manachef CI. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macaroni pasta
    2 pcs chipotle chile pepper
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup onion
    350 g boneless chicken breast
    2 pcs garlic
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch pepper

Preparation:

  1. Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil
  2. Add the garlic, onion and chicken seasoned with salt and pepper
  3. You cook the pasta with water and garlic
  4. For the sauce: place the garlic, chipotles, skim milk, Greek yogur in a blender. Mix until smooth
  5. In a bowl add the pasta with the warm chicken
  6. Add the chipotle cream, and mix so that everything is integrated
  7. You can serve with Chihuahua cheese or whatever you prefer – be careful only if you give yourself permission to eat calories. You can serve hot or cold
