MACARONI SOUP WITH CHICKEN AND CHIPOTLE

Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
2 pcs chipotle chile pepper
1 cup skim milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup onion
350 g boneless chicken breast
2 pcs garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation:
- Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil
- Add the garlic, onion and chicken seasoned with salt and pepper
- You cook the pasta with water and garlic
- For the sauce: place the garlic, chipotles, skim milk, Greek yogur in a blender. Mix until smooth
- In a bowl add the pasta with the warm chicken
- Add the chipotle cream, and mix so that everything is integrated
- You can serve with Chihuahua cheese or whatever you prefer – be careful only if you give yourself permission to eat calories. You can serve hot or cold
