MEXICAN HOT DOGS

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 6 turkey sausages
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Chili Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander finely chopped
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Mix the vinegar and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Soak the grated carrots for 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.
  3. Heat a grill or comal over high heat and cook the sausages until golden brown.
  4. Place a sausage on the bread and add the cucumber, carrot, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  5. Add sauce to taste and garnish with peanut chunks.
